SACTH UNDERSTANDS THE IMPORTANCE OF AND NEED TO SUPPORT OUR RANGATAHI.

Our pastoral care is culturally appropriate and led by a team of youth workers with backgrounds in counselling, social work, youth mental health and youth development and participation.

The pastoral care team implements the PC Framework, which was developed through a co-design approach, ensuring consistency for all young people entering a youth programme under The Cause Collective.

Each young person receives access to comprehensive wraparound services, including leadership mentoring, well-being workshops, identity workshops, and youth development opportunities, with additional support provided to families.
